Why FEPM exists
The Fulfilling Electoral Promises Movement (FEPM) is a civic initiative of the Dr Charles Muoka Foundation (DCMF), established to advance civic awareness and sustainable development through an informed and engaged citizenry.
We exist to promote public access to credible information and strengthen citizens capacity to make informed decisions on choice of competent and reliable leaders who keep their word as guarantee they are likely to keep the promises they are making now.
We drive this through tracking promises of leaders from campaign trail through to delivery as public evidence based record, to give ordinary citizens the tools to identify credible candidates likely to fulfil their electoral promises after being elected to ensure that only such candidates are elected into office.
We have established candidates comparison dashboard through which the electorates can scrutinize all candidates on their fulfilment of all promises they made in their previous political positions and the evidence of their fulfilment or non fulfilment and or the percentage of their fulfilment of these promises.
Candidates who fail this test cannot be trusted to likely fulfil whatever promises they are making now.
This tool help the citizens to hold their leaders accountable: to celebrate real progress, and to demand action where promises remain unfulfilled. Transparency isn't a slogan here - it's the whole point.

He founded FEPM as a Database platform creating awareness of the promises of political leaders and the evidence of their fulfilment which helps the electorates to easily identify reliable leaders who keep their word to ensure that only such leaders are elected into office.
This solution overcomes the electorates' overwhelming mistrust of political leaders; thus deepening democracy and sustainable development.
